Parliament convenes in the first spring session. Extending the state of emergency is on the agenda
The extension of the state of emergency on the territory of the Republic of Moldova will be proposed today, February 2, in the first plenary session of the Parliament, scheduled for 10:00.
According to the executive, the need to extend the state of emergency is determined by the risks that still persist in our country, as a result of the war in Ukraine. The agenda of the parliament session also includes the draft decision on the recall from office of the resident representative of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova in the Secretariat of the Parliamentary Assembly of the CIS. At the same time, the deputies will examine, in the first reading, the bill that regulates crowdfunding services, as well as the legislative initiative that provides for the modification of the conditions for establishing and granting social aid and aid for the cold period of the year. We remind you that the deputies went on vacation at the end of December 2022.
