Meteorologists issue new Yellow Code alert

The State Hydrometeorological Service issued a Yellow Code due to dangerous atmospheric phenomena, including heavy rains forecasted throughout the country.
Meteorologists have issued a warning that is valid from May 26 to May 27.
During this period, heavy rainfall is expected across large areas, with accumulations ranging from 15 to 45 liters of water per square meter.
Citizens and authorities are urged to take precautionary measures to mitigate the risks associated with water accumulation.

Over the next two days, Monday and Tuesday, daytime temperatures will reach up to 18 degrees, with light rain expected. Starting Wednesday, the weather will warm up significantly, and temperatures will rise to 24 degrees Celsius.

We remind you that a Yellow Code for Atmospheric Instability will be in effect across the country on Sunday, May 25. Authorities are urging everyone to exercise caution, avoid travelling during hazardous conditions, and take necessary precautions to protect agricultural goods and crops.
