Several ministers from the current cabinet will be in the Recean government, experts say
A number of ministers from the Gavrilița government could also join the Recean government. This is the opinion of political analysts in Chisinau. Political commentator Nicolae Negru told the national TV station that this move by the government was a political strategy aiming to bring changes in certain areas.

"It's a targeted change. I saw the parliamentary majority will support Dorin Recean. We have not seen any conflicts break out within the party so far. We have also seen that Natalia Gavrilița remains within the party. It's not an angry departure, which suggests that this change will happen quickly and maybe the new team will come forward, take into account what Natalia Gavrilița didn't do and first of all communicate."
Most of the ministers who were part of the government led by Natalia Gavrilița will find themselves in the new cabinet of ministers, says expert Mihai Mogildea.
"Most likely, one or two ministers will be changed. I don't think there will be major shifts in the new government. It will be largely the same line-up, with the only change in the leadership. In a week, two weeks at the most, we shall expect a government voted into office with a government programme that is well thought out, established and understood by the citizens. I hope that the new Government will carry out its mandate to the end and will have the stability and resources to deliver results for the people".
Natalia Gavrilița announced her resignation yesterday after a year and a half in office. The Prime Minister came out in a press conference where she made this announcement without specifying the reason why she decided to leave. Shortly afterwards, head of state Maia Sandu announced that Dorin Recean was the candidate nominated for prime minister of Moldova. He is expected to form a new government team and to appear before Parliament in the near future.
