The security situation in the region, the continuation of the reform agenda and the advancement of our European path, despite the crises we are facing, were the topics discussed by the president of the Republic of Moldova, Maia Sandu, and the president of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen. The meeting took place on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference.
"I thanked her for her consistent support and assured her that the new Government is firmly committed to continuing the reform process and achieving our EU accession agenda," Maia Sandu pointed out. We remind you that between February 17-19, the President of the Republic of Moldova, Maia Sandu, is participating in the Security Conference in Munich, together with 45 heads of state and government from all over the world, as well as over 70 ministers. The Minister of Internal Affairs from Chisinau, Ana Revenco, is also participating in the event.
