IOM and USA donated an ambulance and medical devices to the Clinical Hospital of the Ministry of Health
The Ministry of Health's Clinical Hospital received an ambulance and several medical devices worth more than $116,600 from the US Government. The ambulance will be used especially for the inter-hospital transfer of patients, being equipped with all the medical equipment necessary for transportation.
The donation was offered by the Mission of the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in the Republic of Moldova, as part of the project "Humanitarian assistance in Ukraine and neighboring countries", supporting in this regard the efforts of the Ministry of Health to ensure access to medical assistance for refugees. To date, IOM has donated more than 500 thousand dollars worth of medicines, medical devices and others to medical and sanitary institutions in our country.
