Ten construction specialists lose work rights over non-compliant projects
Ten certified construction specialists have lost their right to work after being involved in unauthorized projects or projects executed with significant violations. This decision was made by a specialized commission within the Ministry of Infrastructure and Regional Development (MIDR), as announced by Minister Vladimir Bolea.
"We are discussing violations that endanger public safety and undermine trust in the entire system. The certification certificate is not a lifelong privilege; it is a responsibility. When this responsibility is compromised, the consequences are unavoidable," the minister stated on his Facebook page.
According to the minister, these certificates have been suspended for periods of up to 12 months. During this time, the professionals will be unable to work and will need to reevaluate their conduct.
He also emphasized that he will not compromise on integrity and professionalism in his work. "We must build a fair and dignified country for its citizens," the minister said.
