The Russian army reported hitting a command centre of the Azov Regiment in Ukraine
The Russian military has reportedly struck a command centre of the Azov Regiment of Ukrainian forces in the southeastern Zaporozhye region, the Russian Defense Ministry says, Reuters reports. But the ministry did not provide details of the attack in its daily update on what Moscow calls a "special military operation" in Ukraine.

Formerly of far-right and ultranationalist origins and now a unit of the Ukrainian National Guard, the Azov Regiment attracted international attention for its resistance to the Russian siege of the Azovstal steel mill in Mariupol last year.
The Russian ministry made no mention in Sunday's bulletin of the battle around the eastern town of Bahmut, which Russian forces are trying to capture.
