Enrique Mora: The EU will continue to support the Republic of Moldova in the reform process
The European Union (EU) stands in solidarity with the Republic of Moldova and will continue to support it in the reform process, as well as by strengthening its capacity for resistance on several dimensions. This was announced by the deputy general secretary, the political director of the European External Action Service, Enrique Mora, during the second high-level EU-Republic of Moldova dialogue in the political and security field.
The official reminded that the EU is committed to boosting the partnership with our country in the field of defense and security. Furthermore, Enrique Mora said that the EU maintains its commitment to strengthen the capacities of the Moldovan government and to work together to address topics of common interest.
For his part, Deputy Prime Minister Nicu Popescu declared that in the coming months, cooperation will be intensified in terms of combating hybrid threats, disinformation, strengthening cyber security and crisis management.
