The case of mass disorder: Six people remain in preventive detention for another 30 days
Six people out of the seven, detained at the beginning of March in the case of mass disorder, received another 30 days of preventive detention, according to the decision of the magistrates of the Chisinau Court,based in Ciocana, PCCOCS informs.
The request to extend the arrest regarding the 7th subject is to be examined on Monday, April 10.
It is about the people who were going to organize altercations with the police during the protests, and for this they were to be remunerated with 10 thousand dollars each.
The seven continue to plead not guilty, while prosecutors say they have evidence of their guilt.
