The people who allegedly kidnapped a man from the center of Chisinau, released from preventive detention and placed under house arrest
Three suspects, who were detained for allegedly kidnapping a man in the center of Chisinau on February 6, were released from pretrial detention and were placed under house arrest. This information was confirmed for Teleradio-Moldova by Violina Moraru, spokesperson for the Prosecutor General's Office.

Prosecutors appealed the court's decision and requested a 30-day detention in prison.
On February 7, three individuals were detained after they allegedly kidnapped a citizen of the Republic of Moldova who resides on the left bank of the Nistru. Law enforcement officials identified a total of six suspects, but only three were detained so far.
According to the General Police Inspectorate, the victim was reportedly taken by force in connection with an alleged robbery committed in the area.
The Promo-LEX Association was notified regarding this case and has condemned the kidnapping of the Moldovan citizen, which occurred in the center of Chisinau, by representatives of the de facto structures from Tiraspol.
