Over 62 thousand people crossed the border of the Republic of Moldova in the last 24 hours
Over 62,000 people have crossed the border of the Republic of Moldova in the last 24 hours, the Border Police announces. The most crossings were recorded on the way out of the country - 31,734.
"With reference to the crossing of the border by the citizens of Ukraine, a total number of 17,811 crossings were recorded, of which 9,115 were in the direction of entry into Moldova. The number of 3,262 constituted the crossings of Ukrainian minors", reports the Border Police.
Also, 11 people were refused entry to the Republic of Moldova.
Yesterday, the border police registered several contraventions, such as four illegal border crossings, a forged travel document, a case of illegal goods trafficking, etc.
