The current Foreign Minister of Great Britain, David Cameron, paid a surprise visit to the Republic of Moldova last night, the head of state Maia Sandu announced on a social network.
The two officials discussed security in the Black Sea basin, bilateral cooperation and joint efforts against corruption, Maia Sandu emphasized. Also, the president expressed gratitude for the support offered by Great Britain to Ukraine, noting that it is crucial for the security of the Republic of Moldova, for the stability and prosperity of Europe.
