Czech Support for Ukraine: Aid, Demining, Recovery

Czech Prime Minister Petr Fiala announced in an interview with Ukrinform that the Czech Republic will pledge over $21 million to Ukraine in humanitarian aid, development assistance, and economic support.

A Czech official further clarified that the same amount was allocated last year for humanitarian and development projects in Ukraine, alongside economic assistance.

Specifically, through this program, the Czech Republic has played a key role in clearing landmines from agricultural areas impacted by the war in the Kharkiv, Kherson, and Sumy regions.

Additionally, Czech companies have been staunch supporters of Ukraine since the full-scale Russian invasion began. An increasing number of Czech companies are actively participating in Ukraine's recovery efforts.
