Acting presidents of the CSM and CSJ resigned
The Superior Council of the Magistrates (CSM) accepted the resignation requests of several magistrates. Among those who are leaving is the interim president of the CSM, judge Dorel Musteață, as well as the interim president of the CSJ Vladimir Timofti.
The members of the Superior Council of the Magistracy also accepted the resignations of two other judges from the CSJ. The resignations of several judges from the trial courts were also accepted. We remind you that on February 14, the CSM accepted the resignations of other judges from the CSJ. The Superior Council of Magistracy released Maria Guzun from the Chisinau Court of Appeal, after reaching the age limit.
