Two individuals, caught with flammable substances and prohibited items, escorted to the police
The General Inspectorate of Police (IGP) announces that two suspicious men, who intended to participate in today's planned protest action in the center of Chisinau, were taken to Police for documentation. According to the law enforcement officers, they allegedly had prohibited items on them, including flammable substances.
We remind you that the IGP announced today that it destroyed a network led by the Russian Federation, which would have planned to destabilize the situation in the Republic of Moldova. According to the head of the IGP, they were to be paid ten thousand dollars each for their participation in the actions of destabilization and mass disorder. 25 people, including leaders of these groups, were detained on Saturday evening, seven of them are still in custody.
