US grants the Republic of Moldova $80 million to improve transport infrastructure and trade with Ukraine
The United States will provide our country with $80 million in non-repayable financial assistance, which will be used to improve transport infrastructure and boost trade with Ukraine. Priority projects include the construction of expanded truck parking areas at Moldova’s borders to facilitate the management of border traffic.

The funds will reach the farmers' accounts by the end of the year, the chairman of the Dubasari District Council, Sergiu Grigoriev, told Teleradio-Moldova.

Public procurement fraud case // Six people placed in solitary confinement for 30 days
The seven people detained by the CNA in several cases regarding public procurement fraud were placed in solitary confinement. Thus, the head of the General Directorate for Urban Mobility of the Chisinau Municipal Council (DGMU), Vitalie Mihalache, his deputy and four representatives of economic agents were placed in solitary confinement for 30 days, and one of them was placed under house arrest.
