In order to reduce the phenomenon of corruption in the medical system, it is necessary to train new skills among the population, said the director of the National Anticorruption Center (CNA), Iulian Rusu, in the show "La 360 de grade" on Radio Moldova. The official stated that the official payment of additional medical services, with receipts and online scheduling for doctor's consultations, would be some of the actions that could reduce this phenomenon.
