EPC Summit opens today at Mimi Castle
The Republic of Moldova is hosting an event of international importance, which brings together about 50 heads of state, government and European institutions. The Summit of the European Political Community (EPC) opens its work today at the Mimi Castle in Bulboaca commune. European leaders will discuss issues related to the security of the European continent in the context of the military aggression of the Russian Federation in Ukraine, energy security. On the eve of the event, the president of the Republic of Moldova, Maia Sandu, declared that this meeting will strengthen the political dialogue between EU member states and those outside, will provide real opportunities for the interconnection of the Republic of Moldova in the European space.
