The Deputy Prime Minister said that the Government will provide electricity compensation for the first 75 KW consumed, only for citizens who are included in the first two categories of high energy vulnerability.

The price of energy according to this contract is 450 RON/MWh. Also, from December 1, CET Craiova will deliver 5 MWh to the Republic of Moldova at a price of 1,000 RON/MWh.

The President of Moldovagaz does not rule out that this winter there could be premises for a downward adjustment of natural gas tariffs. Vadim Ceban says that if the downward trend in the purchase price continues in the coming months, the company could cover its accumulated tariff deviations in 2022. At the same time, the head of Moldovagaz says that for the month of December, Gazprom could offer the Republic of Moldova the same volumes of natural gas, i.e. 5.7 million ㎥ per day, IPN reports.
