CSE decision: The seven magistrates from the CSJ, whose resignation requests were previously suspended by the CSE, can cease their activity
The Commission for Exceptional Situations (CSE) has partially repealed restrictive measures in the field of justice. Thus, according to the CSE decision of 10 April, the seven judges of the Supreme Court of Justice (SCJ) who had previously submitted requests for resignation, the legal effects of which had been suspended by a provision of the Commission for Exceptional Situations, will cease their activity as judges of the court.
